Ryan Trebon took 1st in LA on Saturday besting a field including current US Cross Champ Todd Wells of Specialized in the US’s third UCI stop.
Portland’s own Sue Butler took 2nd in LA in a close contest—just getting clipped by French National Champion Caroline Mani.
On the local Cross Crusade front Aaron Tuckerman of Castelli sponsored Corsa Concepts won the men’s elite race and Castelli once again had 5 of the top 10 places.
Local Castelli Pro Molly Cameron dominated the Elite Single Speed field with a 3 minute victory over a field of 120 riders including a 20 rider contingent from Seattle.
Same goes on the women’s side with Upper Echelon’s Alice Pennington winning the women’s elite field, Castelli once again had 5 of the top ten places.
