I would just like to provide some feedback on these bibshorts. I am quite disappointed in the ‘Progetto x2 air seat pad’ in the women’s Premiata bibshorts. Previously I have had the women’s Free Aero Race bibshorts (purchased around 2009) which were fantastic and I wore those to death. I don’t know what the chamois was called in those shorts but I bought the Premiata shorts because I thought I was buying another top end product. I don’t know if you’ve received any feedback on this Progetto chamois from other women but the design is much bulkier than in the old Free Aero Race shorts and I find them very uncomfortable and would not buy these again. It would be great if you made shorts with the old chamois again!

Thanks for note about your experience with the Premiata Bibshorts. We'll pass your feedback onto our product development group. If a slimmer profile chamois might be a better fit for you, you may find the Kiss3 women's seat pad more comfortable. This seat pad can be found in the Women's Vizio Due Shorts and our Women's Perla Shorts.

MemberHi Webmaster, I too purchased the above shorts ‘Progetto x2 and have to agree with anonymous. The padding made a crease on my 1st long ride with my shorts and it was the most uncomfortable ride I had. It was also my first ride.
Also, the stitching came loose at one of the clips.
This is my second shorts from Castelli and my first was an absolute pleasure.Is there a return policy for the bib shorts? I really do not see myself being able to ride with this
