At Castelli we strive to handle all returns quickly and to your complete satisfaction. Therefore, please return your Castelli product to the Point-of-Sales or online retailer from which you purchased it originally who will forward the item to us.

2) Write a short description of the problem or indicate the zone by using a sticker.
3) Include a copy of your proof of purchase, receipt.
4) Bring the garment to the point-of-sales from where you bought it and explain the problem.
